Had a great time during my vacation! The room was neat and tidy, with a killer view of the ocean and an island in the distance. Loved being up on a hill where I could take in all the beauty. Plus, there was a cool outdoor restaurant nearby to grab a bite to eat 🌴.

Hotel restaurant is excellent for breakfast.

Good location down the beach from the resort, outstandingly accommodating staff, everything was good. The pool was great and I had cold drinks in the lounge bar. Free parking was convenient. Location: the hotel was close to the restaurants with locals budding in to get seated, the pier, and the waterpark.

Had a super comfy vacation stay here. the hotel is conveniently located near the pier, making it easy to get around. Plus, you can enjoy some mini golf nearby! 🏌️‍♂️ They also have an outdoor restaurant right on site where you can grab breakfast.

27 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to the main beach.

The check-in staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing the best customer service we've experienced in Mexico. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel is conveniently located right on the beach and offers plenty of activities for children. We highly recommend dining at the oyster bar, where the food and service were amazing.

I recently stayed at this resort for a family vacation and had a wonderful time. The staff, especially Alejandro and Jaime at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure our rooms were ready early. Edgar at the omelette station in the mini snack bar was fantastic, and Iris our room attendant took great care of us and even made towel animals and added rose petals to our bed. The activities and instructors for archery and rock climbing were great. I also appreciated the security staff in the pools and on the beach, making sure everyone was safe. the food was delicious and the pool area was clean with plenty of space for everyone. Our room had a beautiful ocean view, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay.

Booked a room with a balcony and a king-size bed, and the staff here were exceptionally friendly and pleasant.

The food, service, drinks, beds, ocean view, and activities were all fantastic. The view was amazing and the hotel wasn't overcrowded. The staff was helpful and accommodating, even providing an extra bed for our kids. The calmness and quality of the food were highlights, although it was a bit expensive compared to other stays.

Can't fault the property.

We had a fantastic stay with turn down service every night and a sweet treat on our pillow. the location was amazing, very convenient to Canadian banks and Mexican ATMs.

My friends and I had an incredible time at the resort. The location was perfect for our nights out as we could easily access the beach and Hugo Islas was right in front of the resort. We loved exploring Ixtapa Island, which was just a short distance away and felt like a little piece of paradise. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they treated us like family and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The buffet breakfast had a variety of options, and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed the facilities such as the pool areas, where there were always fun activities and friendly staff to keep us entertained.

The only downside was that the hotel could be a bit noisy at times.

The grounds were well kept and the food options were abundant, especially the delicious specialty restaurants. The kids pool area was a hit with our family. a wonderful stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach with stunning views. We enjoyed various activities down the beach, such as swimming and snorkeling. The three different restaurants offered a variety of delicious food options, and the service at the snack bar was excellent. Our room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed.

There were limited smoking areas in the hotel, making it inconvenient for smokers.

The amenities for kids are impressive, with a large playground and a waterpark. The pools are clean and accessible. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for the beach and nearby island. The rooms are clean and offer great views.
